We manage toolmakers and moulders across Asia on behalf of our clients, from supplier selection and audits to tool trials, pre-shipment inspection and ongoing quality control.

Our Asia-Pacific base means we can attend supplier trials in Asia during their working day and have reports waiting for UK and US clients when they start work.

Do you visit sites outside Australia?

Yes. We schedule on-site visits for workshops, kaizen events, audits and key milestones such as mould trials, and deliver engineering work remotely between visits.

Can you manage our suppliers in Asia?

Yes. We audit, select and manage toolmakers and moulders in China, India and South-East Asia, including trial attendance and pre-shipment inspection.

Is training available online?

Yes. All of our training programs can be delivered live online for teams in any time zone, or on-site.
