How do engagements usually start?
With a free initial consultation with a senior engineer. If there is a fit, we propose a short diagnostic or a fixed-scope project with clear deliverables, timing and success measures.
Are your fees fixed or hourly?
Most projects are fixed-fee against an agreed scope, so you know the cost upfront. Ongoing support and coaching can be arranged on a retainer.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any confidential information is shared, and all IP created for you belongs to you.
