Kaizen turns the people closest to the work into your most powerful improvement engine. We plan and facilitate focused kaizen events where cross-functional teams analyse, redesign and implement a better process in a matter of days.
Then we build the routines, idea systems and leadership habits that turn one-off events into a culture of continuous improvement.
- Sites that want quick, visible wins to build momentum
- Organisations building a culture of continuous improvement

Kaizen Implementation: common questions.
What happens during a kaizen event?
A cross-functional team of 6–10 people spends 3–5 days on one process: mapping it, finding waste, testing improvements and implementing them, with a report-out to leadership on the final day.
How do you make the gains last?
Every event ends with new standards, visual controls and an action list. We return at 30, 60 and 90 days to audit and support the team.
3–5 day kaizen events, or a 6–12 month continuous improvement program.
Every engagement starts with a free consultation and a fixed-scope proposal with clear deliverables, timing and success measures.

Kaizen in the age of AI
AI changes how improvement opportunities are found and implemented, but not why kaizen works. How AI tools can support continuous improvement, and why people, standards and the gemba remain at its heart.
Case studyCase study: kaizen facilitators sustain improvement after year one
A building products group ran good kaizen events with outside help but could not scale them across five sites. Developing six internal facilitators grew events from six a year to 31, raised gains sustained at 90 days from 62% to 89% and cut external facilitation cost from $120k to $18k.

Developing internal kaizen facilitators
Relying on outside consultants to run every kaizen event limits how far improvement can go. How to select, train and coach internal facilitators who can lead events and sustain a continuous improvement culture.
