Fewer defects, faster cycles, stable production.

Innovation & Product Development

Most injection moulding problems, from sink marks and warpage to short shots, flash and splay, are either designed in or processed in. Our injection moulding consultants combine DFM reviews, mould design reviews, mould flow analysis and scientific moulding to fix problems at the root rather than chasing machine settings.

From the first part design to tooling development, overseas moulding management, mould trials and part approval, we manage the whole journey so your parts arrive on time, on spec and at the right cost.

  • Moulders struggling with high scrap rates, long cycle times or inconsistent quality
  • OEMs outsourcing moulding, locally or overseas, who need an independent expert on their side
  • Teams commissioning new tooling who want it right before steel is cut
How it works

Tooling and moulding development flow.

Every engagement follows a clear, staged process with defined decision gates, so you always know where your project stands and what happens next.

FAQ

Injection Moulding: common questions.

Can you help if the mould is already built?

Yes. Much of our work is on existing tools. We diagnose whether the root cause is the part design, the tool or the process, then fix it with the least-cost option first.

Do you work with overseas toolmakers and moulders?

Yes. We manage toolmakers and moulders in China, South-East Asia, India and Europe, from supplier selection and tool design approval to trials, PPAP and shipment.

What is the Part Approval Process?

It is the documented evidence that a supplier’s production process consistently makes parts to your specification: dimensional reports, material certificates, capability studies and control plans, usually following the PPAP or First Article Inspection format.

Typical project scope

Defect troubleshooting in 1–3 weeks; full tooling development and launch management over 8–20 weeks.

Every engagement starts with a free consultation and a fixed-scope proposal with clear deliverables, timing and success measures.
